Like #1 said, they’re incredibly loud, but they are a very small minority. Lesbians are, by far, the absolute most trans affirming group of people on the planet. There are bad apples everywhere, but plenty more who’ve got your back.

In any group of cis women there will be terfs. Its important to do what you need to help you be safe but all the lesbians i know are either transfem or transmasc or very much transfeminists. This isnt to say you wont find them but its never worth it to stifle who you are because youre afraid something might happen. Im an afab lesbian and my gf is trans, all my friends are transbians, theyre all in lovely relationships. Dm me if you wanna talk about it but youre so welcome here

Most people who want to remove trans women from lesbian spaces are cishet women, at least that I’m aware of (Kelly Jay Keen comes to mind, as does Jowling Kowling Rowling) Not all, but all the public personalities who advocate against human rights

Yeah my phrasing was bad. Most people who are actively trying to get lesbians to exclude trans women are not lesbians. That’s what I’m trying to say.

100%!! i think people here are just sensitive to what could be lesbophobia so it wasn't received as you meant it (sensitive meaning being more aware and conscious of potential anti lesbian talking points and sentiments, not in the 'god everyone's so sensitive' way)
