Well then I think at the least you should be able to acknowledge that you have degrees of privilege and that things come easier to you than they do to others because you aren’t fighting an uphill battle against systemic issues. You aren’t obligated to go fix these issues yourself, but you owe other humans basic respect and should be able to acknowledge ways in which you might be contributing to problems/benefitting at others’ expense.
