I promise most gynos are so kind and nonjudgmental I've had a lot of gyno appointments lol (I have medical condition) and they're always very willing to talk you through what they're doing if that's what you need but basically you go in they guide you to a room, the nurse will sometimes ask if you have any issue you need to talk to the doctor about, they'll leave you to change and get on the table, then the doctor will come and ask about your issues and then do the examination

Also, make sure you take names if anyone tries to give you shit. You deserve and are entitled to competent and compassionate care.
