I don’t really understand who you think would fit this category, or who would enforce this? there’s a pretty clear line between being a predator and not being a predator, and I don’t know who would turn people in for being “overly friendly” to kids. Like, what’s the criteria here? because to me it sounds like anyone who doesn’t have kids of their own and wants to be a teacher or otherwise work with kids would fall under this category
