I'm aroace and when I was younger I pretty much exclusively consumed mlm content! i think it was because it felt like a safe way to read love stories without having to experience sexualization and objectification of women, which when I was younger really upset me. I didn't like being reminded people could find me sexual and so mlm content was a way to read good romance stories and not have to deal with that
