If my daughter thinks she’s a boy, I’m gonna question her extensively, go thru all of her internet history and try to see what media she’s been exposed to, talk to teachers at school. Probably homeschool her if I can’t find answers. Then ill enroll her in therapy. If you still want to be a boy when you’re 18 fine, but while it’s my job to protect you, we’re going to figure out how to survive as girls together

It’s actually insane how many people disagree with you. Children still believe in Santa and somehow they are supposed to understand what their gender identity is at that age? like what happens when your child has thoughts like that and you all of a sudden put an 8 year old on hormones that they may or may not regret later when they have an actual developed brain. this community really needs to chill the fuck out

They said till they were 18 not 8. And if your child feels that way you talk to them and take them to see doctors and therapist to make sure they’re serious/ready. You can’t deny who your child is.

they literally brought up taking their child to therapy. im not saying deny who they are im saying dont make rash choices based on your childs beliefs during the most unstable time in a humans life
