As a gay man I will never understand why ppl use words like “b1tch, sassy, p4ssy, etc” as an insult and associate it with femininity. It will always rub me the wrong way how so many ppl associate femininity with uselessness, weakness and annoyance.

If someone calls me a b1tch, p4ssy or sassy I always say thank you. No ones says it to me irl but like let’s say someone said it online I would say ty and then ask them if they’re mad, because how tf does being called a p4ssy equate to being an insult when you think about it.

Right. It’s so illogical when you get to the midst of it. Everyone on earth can’t be masculine, and if everyone was masculine the world would actually be terrible so it’s ironic how misogyny is even a thing when most men and masculine ppl commit most crimes and started all wars.

To me that sounds so stupid, it’s ridiculous when ppl say that. They don’t realize how they’re bashing women and feminine ppl.

I personally think the problem is not just a praise surrounding "masculinity" and lack of acceptance towards "femininity" as society defines those qualities. I believe it's an imbalance of masculinity and femininity not just on a social level but on an internal, personal level. We are taught that masculinity is evil, and femininity is weak, even though neither is true. So the default is to reject one or the other despite the fact that we neeeed both.
