
thats chill i was just offering an option to see if it would help at all. ig my advice then would be to just take your time, you have your whole life to know yourself. personally, i would talk to those family members or if that wont help then contact them less bc ur mental health comes first. u got this i hope things get better!!!
hmm another piece of advice, maybe try presenting whatever ur opposite gender is, u could try androgynous too. doesnt have to be in public just in your home. if presenting that way makes you feel euphoric, and much more yourself, then i would say its a good indicator that ur trans or genderqueer.
