i feel in community with other queer people who identify themselves with our community and struggle, it’s not about whether or not someone identifies as “LGBTQIA+” or whether their identity is “similar” to mine. for ex, i don’t see myself in community with or identity with caitlyn jenner or kalvin garrah etc, but there are many other trans people (even famous trans people) who i would identify with or as in community with.
i agree with #1 and i fee like i feel i’m community with anyone who is queer and has similar general belief systems as me. but wether we have “similar” identities doesn’t really matter. i’m a gay trans guy and i feel most in community with just like queer women who tbh care about similar things as me (environment, climate, humans rights, feminism, even just like anime or other shared interest too lol)
