Because what a person is sexually attracted to and their desire to have a relationship or settle down and get married are different things.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a person who wants (for example) to have sex with men but go on romantic dates with women, but that might be the case for some people idk? What is super common afaik is that someone is asexual and, say, biromantic. Or like, graysexual demiromantic. So a different sexual vs romantic label. Idk, maybe there’s people who, for example, are ok going on dates with any gender but don’t want to have sex with men or vice versa, as well.

That one makes sense to me. I guess I was more so thinking of people who are only interested in having sex with men wanting to marry women or vice versa. I also haven’t heard of it which is why I was confused
