I get your perspective, but to me it’s kind of an indication that he only thinks about sex as "male" pleasure i.e. he may not consider that whether a woman orgasms (and... how a woman orgasms) are like. Important. Even during PIV or straight sex (which it sounds like he. At least wants to have)
