
I don’t understand why she even gets to be a representative of this case. like, sure, she can think she’s standing up against something, but legally she just did her job wrong, why does that give her the ability to appeal to higher courts about her crappy reasoning? that’s like getting arrested for changing prices around as a retail employee and your defense being “I think this item just should have been cheaper to start with”. like sure, but that’s still a crime and a failure to do your job?
