It is sad. Queerness as a culture is multicultural. We have our queens, we have our kings, we have everyone in between. The thing that unites us all is respect and pride for ourselves and others. I think people tend to forget that.

Yeah, I’m a trans guy and had a friend tell me (after I started passing) “You look like a man and I’m not friends with men so we’re not friends anymore” like HELLO?!?!? At your grown age, that’s really how you treat people??
