it sounds like you’re dealing with a lot of internalized misogyny and bias against nonbinary people. i think working through that and having other nonbinary people in your life would help a lot

I dont do much to change my appearance bc theres genuinely no way that exists that would be right i think bc i dont even feel human most the time but i cant tell if my thoughts are the typical annoying theyfab™️

I think that if the nonbinary community makes you feel connected to others and more comfortable with yourself, then it doesn’t matter if you would have found them if you were “conventionally attractive”. There’s also the possibility that even if you saw yourself as conventionally attractive, you’d still also be nonbinary, and we can’t really know bc that’s not the realty right now, you know? (1/2)

Point being, hypotheticals are just that-hypotheticals. And if they’re taking joy away from your present, they’re probably not worth your time <3 and I promise, the community will be glad to have you for as long as you want to be a part of it, regardless of if you decide down the road that it wasn’t the one for you
