Been on Gel T for a year and 3 months. Switched to SubQ in May. So now im 3 months in on SubQ. Now? I just need patience. Bcz wtf has happened since I’ve started? Idk. Maybe some voice change. some face structure change. Strength and hunger. Nothing wild

It’s a slow process! It helped me to record myself talking & singing (I'm in choir, only sing if you want to lol) every week so I could look back and see what voice changes have happened, if any. But testosterone alone doesn’t create a "passing" voice, since it just lowers pitch. You can practice different vocal tricks in the meantime that help w/ passing a surprising amount for how small the changes are

You may also want to check that your levels are within a cis man's range. Most doctors will intentionally keep trans people below average or not within the target range of hormones for cis people, so that can be something to look out for.
