I’m very pro trans but I don’t see how this is bigoted. He is biologically female but that doesn’t make him not a man. I don’t see why a trans woman would go to a gynecologist when that doctor isn’t for them though.

well not exactly, wolffian/müllarian differentiation happens around the 9th week and genetic sex is determined at conception. its a fun idea but i think the actual advanced biology is cooler, like someone can have xy chromosomes but be genetically female in the gametes they produce.
