Yeah I went in once for a problem with my ear, she asked what my sexuality was and as soon as I said bisexual she told me I was at high risk for hiv. Ive been in the same monogamous relationship for two years 😭😭

I’ve had the opposite happen. There’s this one nurse who doesn’t even ask if I drink or smoke. I haven’t been to the doctor since I turned 21. But whenever I went and she was entering stuff into my chart, she would just rattle off stuff while typing and one of them would be ‘You don’t drink or smoke’. I think maybe she was expecting me to correct her if it was wrong but I always wondered why she just assumed.
