If it gets worse the more you suppress it and it’s almost as controllable as a sneeze then it’s a tic, but if it just feels nice to do and you can’t stop then it’s a stim.

Other conditions also have tics… it’s not something solely unique to Tourette’s. I don’t have Tourette’s but I do have a different condition and I do have a few tics. In no ways am I trying to make fun of some with Tourette’s. I was stating that I have this thing and I can’t tell if it’s a tic it just happens to be a little fun.

It’s kinda feels like a pending sense of doom and anxiety if I don’t do it then when i finally do it i feel very relieved and I mainly get the urge when I’m excited or experiencing strong emotions
