OG post said something about “I love ragebaiting and fighting with yall in the comments. Some of yall take things too seriously”

Don’t refer to people as “it” unless they ask you to. OOP is a shithead but that doesn’t give you permission to treat them as inhuman.

I am referring to “ragebaiters” as it. Like I would refer to racists as it or sexists as it. I am not referring to an individual as it. I will always respect an individual’s pronouns, but I will offer no respect to someone like a ragebaiter.

Well, that’s still wrong. Those are categorical terms, the correct pronoun is still “they.”

Again I’m not using “they” on purpose because that humanizes. This person is an “it” because they are a ragebaiter. Ragebaiters are people who find active enjoyment in causing harm to people. They love it when people are hurt or have their day ruined. They prey on pain. They deserve to be referred to as an “it” and don’t deserve respect. Are you the OP ragebaiter or?

I am well aware that if you don’t know an individual’s pronouns then you refer to them as “they/them”. This is not that situation. This is a situation where I don’t care about the person’s pronouns because they are actively being a bad person so they deserve no respect at this time. I don’t know why you’re going to bat for a ragebaiter or also has been known to be transphobic.

I am not, you can do the block test to find out (I am #1 on that post, I believe OP has blocked me).

Then I truly am confused why you’re standing up for the ragebaiting transphobe who is not an ally of this community…

Nobody deserves to be referred to as an “it.” Nobody should be dehumanized. I find it deeply sad that anyone in the lgbt community finds intentional dehumanization acceptable, considering how it has been used against us.

I use it against those that are not a part of the community such as those who bring hate and transphobia and “ragebaiting”. I would also call Trump or MAGA an it. It’s a term of disrespect for a reason I am being disrespectful. I also say ACAB. I also hate white supremacists. Like are you personally banning disrespect like I’m not allowed to disrespect anyone?

I am not standing up for OP. In the same way that people should not use misogynistic humor against women just because they disagree with that woman (even if the woman is a fascist fuck who deserves to rot), it is not okay to dehumanize people because they suck. These are tools of the enemy, and using them *legitimizes their use as tools*

That’s not why I take issue with your use of “it.” “They” is the correct plural pronoun in English for a category of person; an organization can be referred to as “it,” but “ragebaiter” is a categorical term. I do not feel bad for op. They suck. I’m just disappointed in you.

Are you seriously trying to equate sexist slurs or racist slurs or actual slurs that have history and weight to them to someone using the word “it”? What in the purity testing is this? Seriously “it” is in NO WAY the same as using misogynistic humor. You are grossly relating the two. How dare you say that the “c” word or “b” word or “n” word is the same level as calling someone an “it”. That is incredibly ignorant and disrespectful I’m not even kidding.

Are you purposefully dense??? Fuck white supremacists, all cops ARE bastards, fuck MAGA fascists. I’m not saying you’re not allowed to disrespect people, “respect” doesn’t even factor into this discussion.

OP has made 2 vagueposts about this in the last 10 minutes where they purposefully misrepresent me. So take that for what you will.
