Ik people irl who react as if their entire selfhood was being attacked if I tell them that calling someone gay (derogatory) for ???? reasons is homophobic. I don't think it's a stretch to say that it happens, and I wonder why you've not experienced that? Do men around you not get pushback for their misogyny?
