Hot take: White queer people need to understand that their experiences aren’t the same as queer bipoc. And that’s okay.

And that they don’t have to save us, they just gotta be humble and freaking listen and learn.

a lotta times when you correct em if they say something inaccurate abt race, they always get so defensive. i just wish people were genuine abt taking accountability and listening to experiences different from theirs

too busy focusing on "woke" that you failed to realize all people have different experiences. be ignorant all you want, but that's facts. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Well, maybe you’ll realize those experiences aren’t monolithic and to stop demonizing a whole group of people based off your insecurities 😮 but most don’t wanna hear that

They asked a valid question, I really don’t get the point of this post like if you made it about any other demographic that would be bad. There is a huge homophobia problem in black and brown communities and as brown person (and statistically proven) I’ve felt it first hand but I’m not gonna demonizing all people of both groups, why is it ok here?

You’re the peak example of white supremacy (probably)

Maybe because 1. Someone else’s feelings don’t make their opinion absolute, 2. Being corrected on something like race is kind of a big deal sometimes? Especially if it’s accusatory, not always but I’d prob react the same as a brown person
