i hate the whole “bi people only get half the month to celebrate” “joke” because it perpetuates the idea that bi people aren’t as queer as everyone else

I find it interesting how lots of bi people say they’re gay meanwhile they’re dating the opposite sex and refuse to acknowledge how thats a problem

because gay has also become an overarching term for any sexuality that isn’t hetero. a bi person being in an opposite sex relationship doesn’t make their same sex attraction less real.
