I'm NB and intersex. It's all a social construct anyway, I could be cis, I could be trans, but mostly I'm a secret third thing.

They would be if their doctor didn’t try to “correct” them to a binary sex which I think happens to most intersex babies. So if that didn’t happen yeah they’d technically be cis

AGAB/ASAB language was initially for intersex individuals because in 99.99% of cases, they're assigned a sex either surgically (if born with ambiguous genitalia) and/or given an F or M. if they want to transition in order to fit their identity, even if it's non binary, they're trans

like this is funny if it's just saying that to be silly, but irl, that's generally not how it works (with exceptions obviously). at the least it'll usually include a social transition, even if the don't want to medically transition
