The U.S. has plenty of its own exploitative practices abroad from corporate reliance on sweatshops in the Global South to military interventions that destabilize regions. But that’s exactly why I hold companies like Home Depot and Target accountable here… if we can’t demand transparency and ethics from corporations in our own backyard, how can we credibly challenge exploitation anywhere else?
