I don't know who needs to hear this, but a man and a woman dating is a neutral act, like the sun rising, the seasons changing, or a river flowing. There is nothing good or bad about it.

Neutral in what sense? This is so vague it is literally impossible to dispute lmao

Every relationship regardless of gender, sexuality, race, religion, etc. are all natural and neutral and the people that are against that and are against love are just twats with nothing better to do than hate. Being anti-any and all relationships is just idiotic. Just let people love idk why people obsess over other peoples relationships and sexual orientations.

People who think bi/pan people stop being queer the second they get into a relationship with someone of the opposite gender

I assume people are taking it as “This post is just over-affirming that straight people are good meaning this post is against anybody that’s gay”. Im thinking people are taking this as homophobic of sorts, but I take it as affirming among every all of these other relationships, people shouldn’t be afraid to also be straight and that’s also okay. Idk people are just haters tbh 🤷‍♀️

if that’s the case why didn’t they say that? if anything it seems more like they’re trying to reassure said bi/pan people

Anyway, I agree. And a man dating a man or a woman dating a woman or a nonbinary person dating is also a neutral act

Because it is an entirely pointless statement 😭 who tf is hating on straight people for dating each other

I think it’s probably more about bi people dating the opposite gender and being ridiculed for it

There’s kind of a lot of discourse about that on here

Ofc it also applies to people with internalized biphobia who need reassurance that they are valid even when in a straight relationship, but there's a strange amount of discourse about bi ppl in these relationships when it really is as simple as OP says

if either of our guesses are the case, i think we ought to refer to #9’s comment
