That’s under state law, not federal law and the only notable states for that are like California Illinois and New York. There is no federal law regulating how many days a private business can schedule you to work. However there are laws around overtime child labor and minimum wage

Unfortunately i live in a red state and they would sooner succeed the union then establish labor laws that protect workers
