I’m straight so I hope this is okay to post but I’m a trans guy and I want a girlfriend so bad but I’m nervous about telling girls that I’m trans. It wasn’t an issue with my last relationship because we were both trans but man this just kind of sucks now

I’m very stealth so I hate that I’m going to have to risk outing myself to people who might not want to continue seeing me after I tell them, and the prospect of being rejected for it in the first place sucks too — it’s fine to have preferences of course, I just wish I didn’t have to deal with this

My suggestion is to soft launch the idea of being trans to them by mentioning other trans ppl or the idea of being trans and see how they feel about it and then proceed
