I’ve literally gotten more compliments, dates, hookups, etc after I gained weight. It was just my fat phobic family holding me back from loving myself and my body ❤️

Hey # 12, When someone blocks somebody that means that the interaction is over. Please let #11 know that this is really annoying and weird, and that I can have all those other things and still love who I am today. And maybe #11 should focus on the partner dog bills and job instead of harassing random fat people online. And it comes off as very insecure to have to list all the things that make you supposedly better than me

So much of us are walking around with undiagnosed long term issues that are causing the weight in the first place because our healthcare system is shit. Or your like some of us and have been put on mental health meds that make us million times happier but also come with weight. All that to say it’s facism that causes the resource guarding which causes anorexia culture. Love your body and feed it yummy nutritious food that’s all we can do. I’m happy to see you living your best life

I’m being respectful and ur still downvoting my stuff u can do whatever u want no one gaf. I’m be honest there is a healthy middle ground. chronic inflammation and metabolic changes, dramatically increasing the risk of serious, life-threatening conditions like heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, stroke, certain cancers, sleep apnea, fatty liver disease, osteoarthritis, and high blood pressure, leading to poor quality of life, disability, and premature death. All things that can happen if you are big

Ah yes. My delusion of being glad I didn’t kill my self at 19 and instead took meds that made me not kill my self. So delusional. bmi and furthermore “being too big or too small” is a concept coined in the 1970s meant to describe populations, not individuals. Additionally, health is more related to having balanced diet and exercise than body mass or makeup

Bro are you? You’re on here saying being fat is bad and that I should “learn from my mistake” on a post about how I like my body, a body I ONLY HAVE because I took meds to not kill myself. I’ve attempted to disengage multiple times because being told that I’ll die is very detrimental to my mental health because I said multiple times that I want to work on my health. I’ve attempted to disengage from this conversation and you WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO. I BLOCKED YOU, you FOUND ME AGAIN ON ANOTHER ACCOUNT. I am blocking to disengage and try to walk away from this conversation because being told I will die from the side effects of the meds I take to not off myself is very detrimental to me

Like I hate pulling the mental health card but I have recently developed ocd and being told that I’m going to die because of a side effect of a med I needed to not kill myself, and a side effect I DIDNT CHOOSE, is going to make me spiral, and I tried to block them to disengage from the conversation so I wouldn’t keep freaking myself out, because it wasn’t going anywhere, but they just found me again and kept on going

you don't even need OCD to be bothered by that but I'm sure it doesn't help. I'm glad you're here and love yourself enough to recognize the importance of having a future and being ready to take steps to live it to the fullest, whatever that may look like 💕
