Not bad! It truly depends on the look you're going for I think. If you want the tighter, sharper look, I recommend using liquid eyeliner (like what I assume you used here) and just keep it close to your lash line. You could even use pencil eyeliner and put it on your waterline (the lip of your lower lash line, feel free to look this up to get the right idea!) to tighten it at the bottom, and you can even blend it/blur it to get a Smokey look :)

If you’re going for an edgier look with sultry eyes I’d recommend getting the liner as close to your waterline as possible or even in the waterline if you’re going for a slightly more cutesy look with wide eyes try a white liner or eyeshadow on the waterline overall 10/10 first try

All in all, definitely better than my first time I did eyeliner! Look up some tutorials that follow the vibe you're going for, that could help with the visualization. And remember, practice makes perfect! Dont be discouraged if it doesn't come out exactly like how you envisioned

It should tickle but not sting could be because you’re using a liquid liner I usually only use pencil liners in the water line

i use a super thick one that looks like a crayon for my waterline and it’s a lot less irritating also less likely to stab my eye loo

i mean you can try it for yourself and see but to me it just feels like rubbing your finger on it bc it doesn’t take that much pressure and in my experience it’s a lot more forgiving specifically for the waterline (to be fair tho this is with my super thick kinda worn down crayon so the tip is like not pointy at all)
