Anywhere they pierce with a needle.

Look for piercers who use needles instead of guns, also, as a tattoo artist, I know my shop has places we recommend, if you or your friends have tattoos, give the shop a call and see if they have recommendations

Never go to Claire’s for piercings. You only go to Claire’s for bottom surgeries, espionage, hostage negotiations, flight training, abortions, Botox, gardening, and GEDs… but never piercings.
