*People where I used to live say they generally thought I was cishet. The way others see my gender and sexuality seems to vary wildly and I really don't present myself differently in different contexts.

He was. I also have a long and rough history of being seen as cishet by other queer people 😭 including my friends in college, when we all lived in the explicitly gay dorm together. As in. Housing for only LGBTQ+ people. It was... funny but also 😭
