 can someone PLEASE give me tips on how to tape my chest properly. i always end up getting really bad adhesive burns. but the binder i got SUCKS (do not order a spectrum binder) im desperate to get my chest flatter 😭

you might be allergic to the adhesive (i am, guess how i found out). binder wise i would recommend the phluid brand (i got mine at spencer’s) i’m a d cup and it flattens me down pretty well
