Ok so bi people are still affected by homophobia that is correct but part of that is because when people said they were bi what straight people herd were they’re gay. There was no bi identity to them. That’s part of biphobia.

Also you can be bi/homo/trans-phobic without necessarily oppressing the group. I’m a gay man it would be pretty difficult to oppress gays that doesn’t mean I can’t be homophobic tho.

Like how queer people would hear someone say they are bi but they don’t think the bi person is actually bi because they’re in a relationship with someone not of the same gender. A huge part of biphobia is the belief you have to exist either in a straight box or gay box.
