Insurance will often cover a reduction if you say you have back pain from them and go to physical therapy for like a month !!

Shapeshifter is a great brand if you have some money to drop! They’re more expensive but they’re fully customizable and made to exact measurements

TRANSTAPE!! Changed my life. Wear it under a binder and it works like a dream. also spectrum for regular binders. Lowk I have DDs and I just wear trans tape and workout tanks with shelf bras like most of the time 😭

Also if ur plus sized and have money look into a small brand called shapeshifters. They make binders fitted to your exact measurements, where many other binder brands have almost no plus sizes. I’m 5’10” 255 lbs 48-50 bust, xxl in shirts, and In most binder brands I’m a FIVE TO SIX XL!

I’m not plus size but I have a crazy ratio between my breasts and my actual size around. That’s what sucks is most of the the stuff people sell for my size of breast is plus size but I’m not plus sized myself. Something for custom fitting might be worth looking into. Thank you!

They’re more expensive but handmade and I’ve met the people who make them and they’re very nice :)
