I have had bisexual/pansexual ppl tell me that I choose to not be attracted to men as a lesbian

this girl I knew told me being gay was a choice so I asked her if being straight was also a choice & she said yes. still wrong but I respected the consistency in her beliefs

Today my not-so-much-anymore Christian friend told me that even though she understood being gay itself was not a choice, she still “disagrees” with their decision to embrace their identities

100% believe this too. Bc for ME I can't just switch and magically wanna eat coochie or be with a woman romantically…but if they think they can(which means they thought about it) then I feel like they are “choosing” to not be gay bc the Bible n brainwashing
