men literally don’t even go through the effort of pretending to be women if they want to assault someone. that’s not real, and even if it were: you want to make trans people use the bathroom that matches up with their assigned sex at birth right? so a cis man could walk into the women’s bathroom, pretending to be trans, and assault a woman. it’s not trans people’s fault if cis people use them to be creepy, and trans women especially are at much higher risk of violence.
