Idk what’s wrong with me that I didn’t think of a POC hairy gay man, nor did I think of a 500 lb furry mammal in the woods. I thought of the Hot Girl Bummer mf 😭

so sorry you’re feeling that way though :( i know it’s not an easy solution but i do think finding a community of people in the same position as you makes it feel way less ostracizing. although of course easier said than done

I’ve been trying and succeeding a bit, though poc bears are few and far between. Getting the grommr app definitely helped me find more

A bear is a fat hairy gay man, but don’t confuse that with an otter, a slim hairy gay man. There are also cubs, young bears, which I guess I am, and muscle bears, muscular hairy gay men
