Unfortunately most schools are pretty ass about doing the right thing, but depriving yourself of education will not help change that. The best position to be in to protest an institution is from the inside. College protests wouldn’t work if they weren’t done by people who actually went there

you should tell them that! write them a letter or email, that way they know they're losing students (and therefore money) by making this decision.
