It’s something I’ve wanted done from the first time I ever tried on a binder. When I looked in the mirror and saw my flat chest, it was the first time I experienced gender euphoria.

Most of my dysphoria has always been centered around my voice and chest. Since being on T for the last 4 years has resolved the voice issue, the next thing on the to-do list has been top surgery

You don’t have to have top surgery if you don’t want to. It won’t make you any more or less of a guy if you get it or not. If you’re still uncertain, then I’d keep holding off until you become 100% certain in your decision. Not only is surgery *extremely* expensive, but it’s pretty much irreversible.

I feel like I’ve done the same thing. Until I lost my binder, but like. Idk I look in the mirror and sometimes I like imagine myself without all that stuff and it feels right but then the doubt sinks in 😭

Yeah that’s why I’ve held off on it. Especially bc like im in college and i cannot afford to go through something like that, for a multitude of reasons. I just figured I’d ask someone’s opinion on it because I feel like I just never truly knew. Thank you for explaining
