“We don’t need a separate hotline for LGBTQ2S+ people!” Bullshit. Our situations have different nuance that not everyone is trained for. And the already busy queues for other hotlines don’t benefit from more influx. It’s not okay.

It’s not special treatment it’s specialized treatment. Would these people claim pediatricians existing is children getting special treatment? No, it’s just kids need slightly different care so we have a specialized field for them. Same here, LGBT+ people have unique situations and benefit from specialized care
