you’re right that he has an impact, but i meant more so that his impact REALLY has no say in whats happening globally. he was a prick and he had rotten views, i just think saying that what happened today is something to celebrate is hypocritical of the left, as a leftist myself

It is something to celebrate when he supported the U.S imperial status quo that allows the genocide in Palestine, allows the 1% to control everything at home, homelessness, and high prices let’s not forget he once said a pregnant child should keep a baby if impregnated rather than aborting it

all of those things are awful i just dont think personally that someone deserves to die based off something they SAID. i guess it all just comes down to perspective, though. i am empathetic for his children who now have to live through the tragedy of their dead father, no matter who he was.
