Remembering the time someone on here called me bigoted for saying having sex in public is illegal (it literally is, I to this day don’t understand)

This group has a very chronically online atmosphere during the summer lol

ppl gotta understand that just because nudity is legal in some places, that doesn’t mean sex in public is. usually the phrasing of the law is “no egregious acts of nudity” in public. get your tits out girl, but WHY are we fucking in the middle of this parade rn?

Yeah for the same reason flashing people is illegal, having sex in a visible area to others is absolutely illegal. You can play around with voyeurism but make sure the people you might flash are consenting parties.

Are people downvoting bcos they also think it’s bigoted or bcos they just don’t like the existence of the post? Am I truly in the wrong here??? I feel like I’m in fucking twilight zone

not bigoted kind of a square though. i love fucking in the woods

The woods isn’t something I would consider public honestly. If it’s like a park type area and people are there, then sure it’s public. But if it’s genuinely just the woods and y’all (or whoever agreed to be there while y’all do it) then it’s consensual parties all involved and you’re good

Nah I love fucking in the woods. She was telling me she fingers her girlfriend during while sitting in the classroom listening to a lecture if it gets boring. Imo there’s a difference between “someone might hypothetically be here or enter this area but afaik no one not involved isn’t here” and “I’m gonna fuck in front of strangers”

Yes yes yes !!!! I’m VERY pro freeing the nipple and half of that is bcos I don’t consider it to be inherently sexual 😭 like idgaf if anybody walks down the street without a top on but I’m gonna be upset if they’re rubbing their nipples and moaning and idgaf their sex or gender I’m gonna be screaming crying throwing up

human bodies are not inherently sexual. human genitals are not inherently sexual. sexually stimulating yourself or others in public is sexual. like i don’t understand why people can’t feel that EXTREMELY palpable boundary

That’s totally valid. Personally I would rather not be in a nudist society but I totally understand why some people would desire that and bodies being seen as human rather than sexual.

I feel the same way!! I think it largely has to do with our socialization because I would definitely be uncomfortable casually seeing genitals but I know that there’s sooooo many people who literally do not give a fuck and I fully agree w the base sentiment of the human form is inherently neutral, it’s just the context that can make it sexual or not

im butting in bc i was eavesdropping and im feeling chattyyyy, but i think the freedom i would feel if it was like actually normalized to not wear clothes would be so life changing lol, i feel most comfortable dressing somewhat modest but if i was raised in a society where all bodies were normal and i didnt feel ashamed of letting my fat rolls hang i would be my freest self lol. i love being naked in my house specifically in the summer ive just been conditioned to be so body conscious

i can agree that there’s certainly a time and place to be fully nude, but like, i see no issue with a girl wanting to take her top off to work out on a hot day. if there is no “no shirt, no shoes, no service” sign, anyone should be allowed to have their shirt off.

i’ve started going to exclusively nude beaches for this reason lmao, even if i’m not swimming, it feels hella good to just relax and let it all hang out for a while. feels very natural and somewhat grounding

Anonymous replying to -> #1 13w

That’s so fair. I feel like I would enjoy it if it was in specific areas. Like a nude beach type deal so I’m not around it 24/7 but can still feel comfortable and unashamed if that makes sense

exactly. i feel like there needs to be more dedicated areas where it’s acceptable to do that. always clear signage so people know what they’re walking in to, but beyond that point, it’s all people who know why they’re there and know what they can expect to see

YES especially with sensory issues, being naked is truly a peak experience and the fact that we’ve demonized and criminalized it is insane. Lowkey unrelated but I’m an hvac engineer and holy fuck most people/places would save SO much electricity if everyone was naked all the time because we could relax the comfortable space temp setpoints

no yeah exactly like if it’s out wearing clothes someone can be a sensory nightmare. i live in a fairly humid climate so it just feels so heavy
