I’m not saying they’re bad cuisines? Just don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater yknow And if you don’t like Italian food then that’s a skill issue (or a garlic allergy). Thinking it’s overrated is fine, but there’s limits

To quote, uh I think Shaggy, “That’s just like, your opinion, man” Say what you want about European food, most of it is valid even, but don’t tell me that they cant Soup spectacularly

Not saying they can’t soup but the Chinese definitely do it better. Crossing bridge noodle soup was a game changer

I think we’re thinking of two very different things because actual Italian food and American Italian food are very different things

I had a “Chinese herb broth” or something at a Korean BBQ recently and it was sooooooo good

Fish I’m fine with it’s just that a lot of peninsular Italian food is just…bland because they don’t really season anything
