Honestly I’d recommend some form of KT tape binding if you can. I put tattoo bandages under it and it saves my skin. Other than that? I got my binder at gc2b back in 2020 but idk if people fuck with them anymore

I’m still using my old gc2b binders but I keep hearing their quality sucks now, I also think I’m too big for tape

I can’t personally advocate for a larger chest, but some people online have had success- I will say there is definitely a learning curve though. Either way, I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help. Good luck man
