the difference in my reaction when black ppl are like "man the south sucks" vs when white northerners are like "man the south sucks" is so different. like black ppl have earned that lack of nuance and can say whatever they want about it, white northerners will say shit like "gosh with maga we need reading tests before you can vote" like thats not a famously bad idea
