i get it, have you tried voice training? mimicking slightly deeper voices, singing songs in lower octaves? could help

It just happened naturally as a result of my adolescence. We as humans naturally and subconsciously pitch our voices (and our manner of speaking) to be closer to who we’re talking to in order to fit in. And because most of my friends as a teenager when my voice was changing were girls, I naturally began to pitch my voice higher, and now it’s just how it is.
