just so we are clear Jonathon Joss’ murder was a hate crime. the assailant was literally yelling homophobic slurs before openly shooting at him and his husband, and any other narrative is bullshit

this hasn’t been confirmed but it would make sense that the TX police wouldn’t consider it an official hate crime because his husband is trans so they may label their marriage as hetero (which is BS obviously)
