hey so first of all if you’re referring to a trans person use their chosen name only. second of all being with a trans woman such as andrea wouldn’t be gay because shes a girl. Getting with Jo would be gay however because hes a guy

Since Joanna used to be the woman of our group.. she’s already started going by Joe and Andy is starting to go by Andrea. I don’t have a sexual relationship with the other men - purely with Joanna and i’d like it to stay that way, but if Joanna becomes Joe - would that mean i’d need to be sexual with Andy? I’m contemplating our relationship now, and feel uncomfortable.

You don’t “need” to do anything — if you’re uncomfortable with something, don’t do it. If you only want to be with cis women then sounds like you might just not be compatible with this relationship anymore.
