if you get tested that is getting diagnosed. if you’re just curious about if it’s a possibility there are online tests, but if you go see a doctor to get a test done fr it’ll go on your medical record

I told her that I basically just want a “diagnosis” but for her to specifically not put it on my record

if she’s not licensed to do autism evals it’ll be the same thing as what you find online, and if she is she like. can’t just do that

If she’s licensed to do the evaluation she just can’t give you the evaluation without diagnosing you bc that is unethical and can cause her to lose her license. Also autism has a lot of overlap with other conditions so it is possible that the things you do that you think are autism are really something completely different and that’s possibly why your psychiatrist/psychologist doesn’t think you have autism
