I’m a dcup + it’s been a while but honestly just try out variations and see what works for you. Take a look at the way things fall naturally, because everyone’s different, and figure out what the best angles will be. If it’s really not working after a couple pieces, you don’t need more tape, you need to have done things differently.

Figure out what you think you’ll need, cut your pieces first, and put the first ones on at least while you’re laying down flat. Let gravity help you out in flattening your chest.

Use oil or goo getter for removal!! Otherwise your skin will hurt like hell and possibly tear.

I know it’ll itch but do NOT scratch at the tape, that’ll rip your skin underneath it and it’ll hurt like all hell when you peel it off and if it’s bad enough for the next few days too when it’s healing. If you absolutely must relieve the itch, then I would recommend tapping at it with your fingertips or lightly slapping the itchy area.

Whatever you use to protect your nipples, stick it to the inside of your arm once or twice to make it less sticky so it doesn’t hold as much to your more sensitive skin. Also be careful of your body hair, if that applies!
